is mandated in certain jurisdictions by the recent introduction
of industrial manslaughter regulations, and penalties ranging
up to $1million for corporations and individuals responsible
for the management of the organizations in certain circumstances
where there has been a breach of occupational health and safety
regulations. Under the new regulations, electrical appliance
testing must occur every 1 month on building sites in NSW,
