With CMO COMPLIANCE™, the Cost Reduction System, enabled on a Pocket PC device, field inspectors have everything they need to support them. All necessary information, audit templates and additional technology (digital camera, GPS etc) can be integrated into one simple to use interface to document observations that can then be seamlessly integrated with a central database and reviewed on any internet connected computer.

CMO COMPLIANCE™, the Cost Reduction System, can be divided into two components:

1) Web Module: This CMO COMPLIANCE™, the Cost Reduction System, module allows powerful reporting and audit administration. For example, PDF reports of Audit Activity can be emailed or faxed automatically to users.

2) Mobile Module: CMO COMPLIANCE™, the Cost Reduction System, runs on a handheld devices to ensure efficient and quality auditing. Inspectors download appropriate data from the web application onto the handheld device and can then enter data, refer to user manuals, maps and reference material, check prior history, and utilise templates to document on-site audits.

The data entered into the handheld device is then synchronised to the web application once the auditor is back in the office, or wirelessly if a wireless internet connection is available in the field
(eg WiFi, GPRS, 3G).

Once the data is uploaded to the web application, CMO COMPLIANCE™, the Cost Reduction System, provides the means to view, manipulate and report on audit data at a micro and macro level simply through logging onto a secure web-based interface.
